How to get there |
 After your arrival at the airport
Tenerife South, take a taxi to the harbour (puerto)
in Los Christianos (about 20 min). From there you continue your voyage with the fast
ferry "Fred Olsen" to La Gomera (about 35 min). Your luggage can be stored in the blue
wagons of the ferry line, and can be collected in San Sebastian de la
Gomera, in front
of the harbour building, after the arrival of the ferry. To get from the harbour in
San Sebastian to your final destination you have the choice to use a
taxi, the local buses, or your rented car. The buses (servicio
regular) drive off directly from the harbour, shortly after arrival of the
ferries.

Recommendations:
Please check the arrival and departure times of your flights and compare it with the departure
timetable of the ferry, in case you need an over night stop in Teneriffe. It is worth while to
check the flight dates with different airlines, to make sure that there is enough time to catch
the ferry/flight. The final journey from the harbour in San Sebastian to your Apartment/Hotel
is along a serpentine road, and driving the car by night is not fun for
everybody. In case that
you will arrive with the last ferry in La Gomera it would be advisable to take a taxi and get
your car delievered the next day.
Take it easy on your journey and have a look for dolphins and whales, while sailing with the
ferry. Look forward to your holidays at the beautiful island of La
Gomera, you will be delighted!

Car rental:
If you make your car reservation in advance, we offer a small car at the following price:
- from € 175,-- per week incl. basic insurances and tax.
- The car can be delievered to San Sebastian harbour, and returned back
at another place
- The contract has to be made direct with the car rental company, when you get the
car.
- If you wish the car to be delievered out of office hours (8.00h - 13.00h und 16.00h -
19.00h),
they will charge you an extra fee of € 12.--
