The apartments Bellavista are situated in La Laguna, a quiet and old part of the village Playa Santiago in the beautiful sunny southern part of the island.  Most of the apartments have balcony or terrace and a impressive seaview , overlooking the green banana plantations of La Laguna They face to the southwest, and have all day sunshine  The apartments are only a short walk to the village and to the beach of Playa Santiago  Shops and supermarkets can be found  as well as various restaurants, typical fish restaurants and bars where you can enjoy your dinner or have a glass of wine, while sitting next to the sea.

Bellavista” has the facilities of washing machine, TV room, library and a large and sunny roof terrace.The owners personally take care of their clients and keep the house in excellent condition.  Reception opens daily 10h to 12h (except sunday)

The one or two bedroom apartments are spacious, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom and livingroom.

Apartments are cleaned regularly, changing of sheets once a week towels twice a week.
