This is a new Apartment house in Playa Santiago, which has been
opened in summer 2003. It is situated nearby the street in La
Laguna, Playa Santiago.
The house has only 4 apartments, 3 apartments have 2-bedrooms, 1
apartment has 1-bedroom.
The location is very good, nearby you find a little supermarket, and
it is also only a 5 minutes walk to reach the beach and maximum 10
minutes to the centre of Playa Santiago where various shops and
restaurants can be found. The terrace has the benefit of sun all
day.

The 2 bedroom apartments have 1 double bed, and 2 single beds in the
second bedroom , a living room with kitchen, bathroom, lots of storage
room, terrace with seaview, also television (spanish programs)
Towels and sheets are provided. Final cleaning of the apartments
included in
the price.

very nice and big apartments, ideal for families
 It is not far to the
beach, and you need no car for shopping or in order to reach the
restaurants and bars. At night the nice terrace invites you to relax
and you have a very nice view to the sea and over the banana
plantation
