This new Hotel which opened in 2003 is
located in the south of the island at an altitude of 800m. It is
near the village of Alajero and surrounded by an impressive landscape.
It is a peaceful and quiet place, where guests can relax and and enjoy the fantastic views of the mountains and steep valleys
that stretch all the way to the ocean below. The beautiful
gardens around the hotel contain a wide variety of typical Canarian plants and flowers. Around the heated swimming pool there
are sun lounges and sunshades as wewll as a small pool bar where you
can enjoy drinks and snacks. Below the reception a typical old Gomerian stone house has been converted into a “Tasca” where you
can enjoy some of the fine spanish wines, on offer in the evening.
Whether you are in the Cafeteria, the pool or in the Tasca, you always have the beautiful views over the
mountains, hills and sea.
From the Hotel you can go for quiet
walks or a hikes in the surrounding countryside. The
Garajonay National Park and the fishing village of Playa Santiago,
where you can swim in th sea, find good fish restaurants and
shopping facilities, are both only a 15 minutes drive away.

The
Hotel has only 29 suites on a garden level, which are luxuriously equipped.
They have a terrace, a bedroom, living room with an additional sofa
bed, and bathroom. A heater for possible cooler nights is available. The rooms are
also equipped with televison, minibar and safe.
In
the main building of the Hotel, you will find the reception, which is open 24
hours, an excellent retaurant with international cuisine, cafeteria
/ pool bar, library and games room and access to the internet.
There is also a hairdresser a
beaty salon with massage, sauna and fitness studio. Bicycles are
also available for hire
