The house is located in La Laguna, which is part of Playa Santiago and offers beautiful view over the banana plantation and the sea.

The house is aprox. 100 year old and tastefully restored. It has now 3 apartments and 1 studio for  guests 

The apartments have one bedroom and bathroom down floor and a living room with small kitchen on the upper floor

Iit can be occupied up to 3 poeple . It is perfect for guests who are looking for  a special "flair" and personal contact to the owners, who live at the same house.  

The Casa Rural has a beautiful communal courtyard garden, where you find tables and chairs for your use.

Walking distance to the village is approx. 10 minutes.
